What is the validity period of a valuation?

A valuation reflects the market value as of its specific date of issuance. Provided market conditions remain stable and no physical alterations have occurred to the asset, the valuation generally retains its market validity for up to 6 months. Beyond this period, a new market valuation (revaluation) must be prepared to capture any market shifts and reflect the property's current physical condition.
