What methodology is used to prepare the various types of valuations?

Valuation reports are prepared in compliance with the applicable standards determined by the asset type and the valuation's intended purpose. In Bulgaria, the primary governing framework is the Bulgarian Valuation Standards (BVS). Depending on the scope and intended use, other international frameworks may also apply, including International Valuation Standards (IVS), European Valuation Standards (EVS/TEGoVA), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
